The image deploys fine and all the drivers are in injected smoothly. I noticed that they stopped selling the SP3's with win 8.1, instead it now comes with 10. Deployed it to a few surfaces and gave them to the users and there hasn't been an issue. A few months ago, I created a company win 8.1 image for surface pro 3's.
